I stopped by the front desk with a few questions, but the person helping me seemed rushed. The answers I got weren’t super clear, so I ended up feeling more confused than when I walked in 😕
It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely felt kind of brushed off. A little more patience or explanation would’ve made the visit feel a lot less frustrating

I tried going to Rocycle Studios, the whole trip there kind of put me off before I even arrived. If you don’t have a car, it’s not exactly easy. I had to change public transport a couple of times, and then there was still a longer walk than I expected, which was frustrating. The info online didn’t really make it clear either, so I felt like I was figuring it out as I went. By the time I got there, I was already stressed and annoyed. Maybe it’s fine if you drive or live nearby, but I probably wouldn’t bother going again unless they make the transport situation easier.

The showers were a huge disappointment. The water was cold, the floors looked dirty, and there wasn’t even any soap available. I don’t think it’s right to offer facilities to customers in that condition and act like it’s acceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back.

The changing room was way too cramped. I could barely move around enough to change properly, which was really annoying. They can use all the polished store language they want about comfort or convenience, but the actual space didn’t feel practical at all

I reached out for help getting my bike set up, i found it frustrating. The replies felt kind of rushed to me, and I still wasn’t clear on what I was actually supposed to adjust afterward. I ended up watching videos and figuring most of it out on my own. Maybe other people have a better experience, but for me, it didn’t feel worth the time...

I went there the parking situation was such a hassle. I had to circle around forever looking for a spot, which felt like extra work before I even got inside. By the time I finally parked, I was already irritated and not really in the mood anymore. Maybe it’s fine if you’re walking or taking transit, but if you’re driving, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the stress...

The instructor came across like they were bored and just trying to get through the material as quickly as possible. I didn’t feel like there was much time to actually understand anything or ask questions. By the end, I was more confused than when I started. Personally, I wouldn’t take this class again unless the teaching style changed.

I just don’t think it’s worth the price. It’s not terrible or anything, but for what you get... I expected a bit more. Maybe if it were cheaper, I’d feel differently.

Too far out for me, honestly. Parking was a pain too, so probably wouldn’t go back

I brought my bike in hoping they’d sort out the noise, but when I got it back, it was still making the same annoying sound. felt like they barely knew what they were doing. I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed properly

I stopped by after work, already kind of tired because traffic was a mess and I had forgotten my water bottle at home, and then found out they were out of towels again. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying when you’re expecting them to have the basics covered

I really regret not reading more reviews before buying this bike. It just wasn’t comfortable for me at all. The seat felt super hard, the riding position was awkward, and my back started hurting after just a short ride. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but for me it was a disappointing experience.

I keep checking the schedule, but the times that actually work for me are either already full or not even listed. It feels like there just aren’t enough options if you work normal hours. it’s kinda Annoying.

I was hoping for a decent music selection, but there were barely any tracks I actually wanted to listen to. I guess if you're into skipping through everything, it's a great experience.

Maybe it’s great if you’re already super fit, but for me it was just overwhelming and not enjoyable. I left feeling sore in a bad way, not the good workout kind, and I definitely wouldn’t go back.

For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a little more thoughtful. It reminded me how much the small details matter when you’re trying to make time for yourself and leave feeling refreshed
